Food Production Operative – Temp (Day & Night Shifts)

About the role

We are seeking reliable Food Production Operatives for a temporary, full‑time position supporting a fast‑paced fresh‑produce manufacturing line. The role involves working 12‑hour day or night shifts, Monday to Sunday, in a chilled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate basic production machinery to prepare, assemble, and pack fresh food items.
• Ensure all products meet strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in line with health & safety procedures.
• Follow food hygiene protocols and report any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Reliability, punctuality and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving team.
• Comfort working in a chilled, fresh‑produce factory.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.74 (day) to £13.95 (night).
