About the role

Join BaxterStorey as a Food Service Team Member and deliver friendly, professional service to guests in our Glasgow City Centre location. You will be part of an inclusive team that values growth, diversity, and a healthy work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests with a courteous and efficient approach.
• Provide attentive customer service throughout the guest journey, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and maintain a safe, inclusive workplace.
• Follow health, safety, and food‑service regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and dining areas.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for food and/or customer service.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to challenges.
• Previous experience in a similar food‑service role is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food safety principles.
