Founding Product Designer – £180k+

About the role

Jack & Jill is looking for its first design hire – a Founding Product Designer who will own the user experience of two AI‑driven recruitment agents, Jack and Jill. You will shape how candidates and companies interact with the platform across voice, audio, text and visual interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Define the overall design vision and strategy for both products.
• Create end‑to‑end UX flows, UI mock‑ups and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers and founders to iterate rapidly.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate concepts.
• Establish a design system that scales across multimodal interfaces.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building products from scratch.
• Experience designing complex, data‑rich applications, preferably in AI or recruitment.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, early‑stage startup environment.
