Senior Visual Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer with exceptional craft and execution skills to autonomously deliver high‑impact visual solutions. The role blends strong UI/UX knowledge with deep hands‑on experience in Webflow, allowing you to shape design decisions and continuously improve outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design UI, motion concepts, and innovative advertising experiences for global brands.
• Interpret creative direction from the Art Director and translate it into customer‑centered campaign executions.
• Lead campaign execution independently while collaborating with internal design teams.
• Create on‑brand design solutions for Amazon‑owned channels that meet measurable business goals.
• Partner with art directors, copywriters, developers, and content producers to deliver advertiser‑focused outcomes.
• Develop scalable Webflow templates and components for reuse across multiple campaigns.
• Measure, evaluate, and document current processes to drive departmental improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in advertising, digital media, or in‑house design departments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, UI/UX, motion, and interactive digital advertising work.
• Demonstrated ability to create and publish digital activations for a variety of clients.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Webflow (template creation, component building, publishing).
