FP&A Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead consolidated financial planning and analysis for a growing international professional services business based near Leeds. Reporting to the Group FP&A Senior Manager, you will drive high‑quality reporting, forecasting and budgeting to support data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver periodic consolidated management reports, including forecasts and budgets.
• Conduct detailed performance and fluctuation analysis across the Group.
• Produce Board and Committee packs with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Regional Finance Directors and senior stakeholders to improve financial understanding.
• Respond to ad‑hoc reporting and analysis requests from the leadership team.
• Coach and supervise the FP&A team, fostering development and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with accounting manuals, internal controls and relevant standards.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with up‑to‑date technical knowledge.
• Proven experience in financial planning roles within fast‑moving, dynamic businesses; international exposure is a plus.
• Confident presenter able to challenge board members and build strong relationships.
• Goal‑driven, professional and adaptable, thriving under pressure.
