Franchise Sales Manager – UK

About the role

Join a fast‑growing rehab, recovery and longevity brand as it expands its UK franchise network. You will convert warm franchise enquiries into signed agreements, helping entrepreneurs become successful franchise partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert a high volume of franchise enquiries.
• Own the full sales process from first contact to signed agreement.
• Conduct discovery meetings and present the franchise opportunity.
• Build strong relationships with prospective franchise partners.
• Guide candidates through due‑diligence, investment and decision‑making.
• Support discussions on territories, locations and site opportunities.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
• Attend exhibitions, networking events and franchise discovery days.
• Deliver against ambitious growth and acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record in closing deals.
• Experience selling franchise opportunities, multi‑site concepts or licensing models, preferably in wellness, fitness, healthcare or related sectors.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Highly resilient, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑influence abilities.
