Key responsibilities

• Travel to the arrivals area of Birmingham Airport on short notice when a flight disruption occurs.
• Distribute flyers that explain how FlightHelp can assist affected passengers.
• Answer passenger questions in a calm, courteous manner and guide them on next steps.
• Maintain a professional presence without requiring airport security clearance.

Required profile

• Resident of Birmingham or the surrounding area.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with the public.

Required skills
