Freelance Content Creator for UGC Projects

About the role

We are looking for freelance Content Creators to produce user‑generated style video and photo assets for a range of brands across beauty, FMCG, health, lifestyle and tech. The role is project‑based, with creators matched to briefs that suit their style and expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Produce UGC‑style video and photo content from brief, shooting and editing in your own space.
• Interpret brand tone and deliver content that feels native to TikTok, Instagram Reels and other short‑form platforms.
• Include hooks, pacing and calls‑to‑action that drive action and meet platform specifications.
• Iterate based on feedback from the Good Creator Collective team and the brand.
• Meet deadlines and maintain clear communication throughout each project.

Required profile

• Strong fluency with short‑form platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels) and understanding of what drives engagement and conversion.
• Ability to shoot, edit and deliver high‑quality UGC that feels authentic.
• Professional attitude: takes direction, meets deadlines and communicates proactively.
• Curious mindset: stays up‑to‑date with performance trends across categories and applies insights.

Required skills

• Video shooting and editing (camera or smartphone, lighting, audio).
• Knowledge of platform specifications for TikTok, Instagram Reels and similar formats.
