Freelance Marketing Coordinator – Events & Campaign Support

About the role

We are a UK health‑technology company seeking a freelance Marketing Coordinator to support our event and campaign programmes. Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you will handle the logistical and administrative side of events, conferences and marketing campaigns, allowing the lead to focus on strategy and content.

Key responsibilities

• Research and secure venues, manage supplier relationships, order and ship event materials, and maintain guest lists.
• Coordinate conference participation, including travel bookings, exhibitor portal management and deadline tracking.
• Build and verify invitation lists, research speakers and produce clean spreadsheets for import.
• Create and schedule reminder e‑shots, update registration pages and chase non‑responders.
• Process post‑event leads in HubSpot, send follow‑up emails and compile attendance reports.
• Run QA checks for campaign launches, file assets and maintain version control.
• Administer HubSpot data: import contacts, deduplicate records, tag leads and monitor registrations.
• Draft social‑media posts from templates, add graphics and schedule approved content.
• Maintain marketing infrastructure such as the shared calendar, SharePoint folder structure and various trackers.
• Support ad‑hoc marketing requests, e.g., updating patient leaflets or partner assets.

Required profile

• Highly organised with a strong eye for detail across data, design and logistics.
• Proactive, able to take initiative and work independently.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and tight deadlines.

Required skills

• HubSpot (experience helpful but not mandatory).
• SharePoint for document management.
