Freelance Personal Trainer – Everlast Gyms

About the role

Everlast Gyms is seeking freelance Personal Trainers to join a fast‑paced, inspiring environment. You will work directly with members, delivering bespoke fitness programmes, leading group classes and workshops, and driving client acquisition through our exclusive MOVE onboarding program.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalised fitness and exercise plans for members.
• Sell and promote your personal training services to maximise client engagement.
• Facilitate the MOVE member onboarding programme and lead group training sessions, events, and workshops.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Maintain professional standards, including public liability insurance and certification compliance.

Required profile

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• CIMSPA Practitioner certification.
• Valid Public Liability Insurance covering £2 million or more.
• Self‑motivated freelance mindset with a passion for helping members achieve greatness.
