Freelance Personal Trainer

About the role

We are looking for freelance Personal Trainers to join Everlast Gyms across the UK. You will work with our members to design and deliver personalised fitness programmes, sell your services and lead group training sessions in a state‑of‑the‑art environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess members’ fitness levels and create bespoke training plans.
• Sell personal training sessions and promote Everlast’s MOVE onboarding programme.
• Lead group classes, workshops and special events.
• Build and maintain client relationships to grow your own business.
• Maintain public liability insurance and comply with health & safety standards.
• Participate in monthly catch‑ups and mentorship with the Fitness Manager.

Required profile

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• CIMSPA Practitioner membership.
• Public Liability Insurance of £2 million or more.
• Self‑motivated freelance mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced gym environment.
