French-Speaking Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Business Development Representative to join our global SaaS team. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will be the first point of contact for prospects, handling both inbound and outbound leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and reduce initial response time.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
• Qualify leads using discovery calls and frameworks such as MEDDICC or BANT.
• Drive prospects through the sales funnel and create urgency.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to set up meetings and ensure smooth hand‑offs.
• Represent the company at events to capture new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Based in London and comfortable with a hybrid work environment.
• Fluent in French and English.
• 1‑2 years of BDR experience in B2B SaaS is a plus, but strong motivation and sales potential are essential.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms).
• Knowledge of qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC or BANT.
