French-Speaking Global Key Account Director

About the role

This senior, strategic sales position is responsible for owning and expanding a portfolio of high‑value global enterprise accounts. The role requires a French‑speaking professional who will act as a trusted advisor, lead complex negotiations and shape brand, marketing and technology initiatives for large organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive revenue growth across a portfolio of global enterprise accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to uncover new opportunities and expand existing partnerships.
• Lead end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles, negotiating and closing multi‑year agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite executives.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities by understanding client needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored, value‑driven solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends in design, branding, marketing and technology to guide client strategy.
• Represent the organisation at client meetings, industry events and conferences.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing and growing large global accounts in SaaS, technology or agency environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience navigating complex sales cycles.
• Confidence to engage and influence C‑suite stakeholders and consistently meet ambitious revenue targets.
• Consultative, resilient and highly collaborative with the ability to build deep client relationships.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive base salary between 80k‑90k plus bonus and uncapped commission (60/40 split).
