French Speaking Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Recruiter to join our international staffing team supporting the energy and built environment sectors. You will work closely with our Delivery Consultants to source, assess and place candidates for a range of projects across Europe, the US and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Advertise vacancies and utilise social media, LinkedIn and internal databases to attract candidates.
• Receive, review applications, coordinate interviews and create shortlists for clients.
• Negotiate pay and salary rates with candidates and clients.
• Meet and exceed targets for placements, billable value and new business leads.
• Collaborate with team leaders and business managers to understand project requirements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry developments to maintain role competency.

Required profile

• Motivated, driven and able to deliver high‑quality recruitment service.
• Resilient, tenacious and comfortable working under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A‑Level or degree qualification (desirable).
• Fluent in English; French fluency required, additional languages a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
