French‑Speaking Logistics Specialist – London

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Logistics Specialist to join our London operations team within an international travel and transport organisation. The role involves coordinating daily logistics activities and supporting frontline teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day logistics operations and support frontline teams.
• Monitor service performance and respond to operational issues.
• Liaise with internal teams and logistics partners.
• Maintain operational data and monitor KPIs such as stock, wastage and recycling.
• Support contingency planning, special events and continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
• Experience in logistics, operations, supply chain or a fast‑paced customer service environment.
• Strong IT, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Organised, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to Europe.
• Flexible to work a 35‑hour week on a 5‑day rota, including weekends.
