French‑Speaking Research & Business Development Assistant

About the role

This position supports account managers by researching and identifying new business opportunities for international clients. You will work in a bilingual environment, using your French language skills to engage prospects and help grow the company's pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct online research and outreach to identify, qualify and develop leads for international clients.
• Communicate with prospective buyers, associations and stakeholders via email and phone.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including contact details, research findings, communications and pipeline updates.
• Assist in organising client marketing activities, events and buyer‑engagement initiatives.
• Analyse data, produce reports and support follow‑up activities to meet KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in market research and/or lead generation.
• Excellent organisational skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Team‑player, proactive and motivated to develop within the company.
• IT literate and comfortable using digital tools.

Required skills

• CRM (experience with maintaining and updating records).
