French‑Speaking Sales Associate – Investment Firm

About the role

This position is for a motivated French‑speaking Sales Associate to join a global investment firm’s London distribution team. You will work alongside experienced sales professionals to expand client relationships across Europe and develop a career in investment management.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach via phone, email and digital channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Arrange meetings and support senior sales professionals in developing new business.
• Manage and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of client activity.
• Respond to client enquiries and share relevant investment insights and resources.
• Support and attend client events, webinars and industry functions.
• Stay informed on market trends and develop a strong understanding of the firm’s investment solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Degree educated or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Proven success in a sales or business‑development environment.
• Strong interest in financial markets and willingness to learn.
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Resilient, organised and motivated by achieving ambitious targets.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems (prospecting tools advantageous).
