French‑Speaking Sales Support Coordinator (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Sales Support Coordinator to join our Milton Keynes team. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days working from home, and requires a good level of English alongside fluent French.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, make outbound calls, respond to emails and manage chat sessions.
• Handle a full range of customer inquiries, clarify issues, research answers and provide solutions.
• Provide product, programme and compensation information as needed.
• Assist with order processing, enrolments and setting up new customers.
• Deliver basic technical support for back‑office systems and escalate complex issues to IT.
• Identify and report website issues, ensuring corrective action.
• Provide daily updates to management on call and email trends.
• Alert the Compliance Coordinator to potential issues and escalate unresolved problems.
• Document all contacts according to standard procedures and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• Fluent French with a good level of English.
• Live within a commutable distance of the Milton Keynes office.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work both on‑site and remotely following the hybrid schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software and back‑office systems.
• Experience handling phone, email and chat communications.
• Basic technical troubleshooting abilities.
