Front of House Receptionist – Salon (Bromley)

About the role

RUSH Hair & Beauty is seeking a warm, organised Front of House professional to be the first point of contact for clients at its Bromley salon. You will help create a welcoming, stylish environment while supporting the daily operations of a busy hair and beauty business.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and deliver exceptional customer service from arrival to departure.
• Manage appointments, maintain the salon schedule and handle bookings.
• Answer phone calls, emails and client enquiries promptly.
• Provide administrative support to the salon team.
• Keep the reception area clean, organised and professional.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service or front‑of‑house role, preferably in a salon or spa.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Friendly, professional and confident demeanour.
• Proficient computer skills with availability to work weekends.
