Front of House Team Member – Evening & Weekend Shifts

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Front of House team members to work evenings and weekends at Wagamama. In a fast‑paced, energetic environment you will create warm welcomes, genuine conversations and help the restaurant feel alive from the first hello to the last bowl cleared.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a friendly attitude.
• Present the menu, make genuine food recommendations and answer guest queries.
• Maintain smooth service flow, supporting the kitchen and bar teams.
• Clear tables, reset stations and ensure the dining area stays tidy.
• Observe details and anticipate guest needs during busy periods.

Required profile

• Enjoy making people feel welcome and looked after.
• Passionate about food and able to talk about menu items confidently.
• Thrive in lively, fast‑moving environments and stay calm under pressure.
• Notice small details and take pride in getting them right.
