Front of House Team Member – London Brixton

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Front of House Team Member to join our Premier Inn in London Brixton. Working 25 hours a week on a fixed‑term contract, you will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them feel welcome from check‑in to checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Prepare and serve drinks or simple meals as required.
• Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
• Maintain a clean and inviting front‑of‑house environment.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours and start immediately.
• Willingness to learn on the job – no prior experience needed.
• Commitment to the fixed‑term period ending 02 April 2026.
