Front of House Team Member – Restaurant

About the role

Join Zizzi’s Front of House team and be the first friendly face customers see. You’ll help create a memorable dining experience by greeting guests, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, providing a warm and efficient service.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and deliver dishes to tables.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and other drinks at the bar.
• Maintain a clean and presentable dining area in line with Zizzi standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and back‑of‑house staff to ensure timely service.
• Promote menu items and share personal recommendations with customers.

Required profile

• Passion for food and hospitality with a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.
• Willingness to learn the menu inside‑out and convey it to guests.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
