Front of House Team Member – Waiter/Waitress

About the role

Join Fern, a premium small‑plates restaurant and cocktail bar in East Croydon, as part of the award‑winning Bart & Taylor Co. family. You will be the face of the venue, delivering warm, confident service to every guest during busy day and evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks, ensuring presentation and timing meet the venue’s standards.
• Handle payment transactions and process service charges.
• Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including tables, chairs and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service flow.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a guest‑obsessed mindset.
• Sharp eye for detail and a warm, confident demeanor.
• Availability to work daytime, evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
