Fulfilment Process Analyst – Hybrid (Cambridge/London)

About the role

The Fulfilment Process Analyst will support continuous improvement, governance and operational excellence across AVEVA's end‑to‑end fulfilment processes. Working in a hybrid setting from Cambridge or London, you will ensure process efficiency, high‑quality execution and consistent documentation while engaging with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute process improvement initiatives and manage BAU change requests.
• Lead change management activities and update process documentation.
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Support strategic transformation projects and maintain operational excellence.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with change management, process governance or continuous‑improvement programmes (advantageous).
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar process‑improvement methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience working with Salesforce development teams.
• Deep understanding of fulfilment, order‑to‑invoice, or operational process management within an enterprise‑software business.
