Fulfilment Shift Leader – Newry Extra

About the role

Join a fast‑paced retail environment as a Fulfilment Shift Leader at Newry Extra. You will work within set availability windows (Sun, Wed, Sat 06:00‑14:00) and enjoy a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week, with the option to work as few as 12 hours.

Key responsibilities

• Run duty shifts and coordinate a team to keep the store clean, fully stocked and exceeding customer expectations.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and feedback to improve service quality.
• Monitor store performance, identify improvement actions and implement them hands‑on.
• Maintain a safe environment for both shoppers and colleagues.
