Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Dedalus’ Digital Solutions team in the UK. You will help build and enhance the Dedalus OneX suite – a market‑leading healthcare software platform used by hospitals and care providers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features and maintain the OneX application suite using modern web technologies.
• Translate customer requirements into functional specifications and write clean, reusable code.
• Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Document functionality and support the testing team.
• Share best‑practice guidelines and mentor junior developers.
• Present solutions to clients when required.

Required profile

• 2+ years of software development experience or equivalent practical experience.
• Self‑motivated team player with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES5/ES6)
• ReactJS
• Node.js and Express
• SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
• Next.js, TypeScript
• Test‑Driven Development, Jest, Cypress
• Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• CI/CD pipelines
