About the role
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help build an AI‑powered platform that radically improves service delivery for charities. The position offers high autonomy, minimal meetings and the freedom to define your own responsibilities while delivering high‑quality software quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Write front‑end and back‑end code in TypeScript.
- Shape architecture for new and existing features.
- Build tools that support onboarding new customers and migrations.
- Fix bugs and support the customer‑success team with user issues.
Required profile
- Ability to create reusable infrastructure with clear interfaces.
- Willingness to take complex features from idea to production.
- Multiple years of experience shipping code and managing complex systems.
- Familiarity with the charity sector is a plus.

What we offer
- Salary range £90,000‑£110,000 per year.
