Full-time Cleaner – Defence Facilities

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Cleaner to join our Defence cleaning and facilities team. Working 37.5 hours per week on rotating shifts, you will help maintain safe and hygienic environments for our clients and customers across a range of high-security sites.

Key responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, polish, mop and vacuum designated areas to a high standard.
• Sanitise surfaces, floors, windows and other touchpoints regularly.
• Respond quickly to spillages and other cleaning incidents.
• Empty and dispose of waste bins and manage recycling.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Support the wider cleaning and facilities teams to ensure overall site hygiene.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Enjoy hands‑on work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Flexible approach to shift patterns and duties.
