About the role

The Educator role is central to delivering world‑class guest experiences in lululemon stores. As a full‑time team member in London, you will engage customers, provide product education, and ensure seamless transactions across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to create a great experience, respecting their time.
• Assess guest needs and deliver customized purchase or return solutions.
• Provide technical product education, explaining product value and benefits.
• Execute omnichannel programs such as buy‑online/pick‑up‑in‑store, phone sales, and ship‑from‑store.
• Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage guests and address store needs.
• Collect guest feedback and partner with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Maintain product presentation, restock, and relocate items according to standards.
• Use in‑store technology to support operations and enhance guest experiences.
• Perform cleaning tasks to preserve the store’s luxury environment.
• Follow safety policies and comply with all applicable regulations.
