Full-Time Store Colleague

About the role

A full-time Store Colleague in London plays an active role on the shop floor, helping customers feel valued and supported while keeping the store running smoothly. Key responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming experience, giving support and product information where needed
• Help achieve team sales targets by identifying customer needs, recommending products and promoting complementary items
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation across the shop floor
• Replenish stock and keep fixtures, displays and stock areas clean and organised
• Process transactions, handle cash, process stock and prepare deliveries
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily operations
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements
• Work with colleagues and support additional duties as reasonably required
