About the role

Join Big Mamma’s vibrant front‑of‑house team in London as a Waiter/Waitress. You’ll deliver memorable dining experiences, showcase our Italian‑Italian menu, and contribute to a high‑energy hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests in your section, following service steps, offering recommendations and upselling.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Master the menu, including dishes, wines and cocktails.
• Open and close your section with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and health‑and‑safety standards on the floor.
• Support colleagues during service and help create a positive atmosphere.

Required profile

• Passion for Italian food and excellent customer service.
• High energy, proactive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Effective communication skills and prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
