Full‑time Housekeeper for Luxury Mayfair Residence

About the role

We are seeking a discreet, full‑time housekeeper to join a distinguished high‑net‑worth family in a stunning four‑storey private residence in Mayfair, London. The role offers a stable, long‑term position within a fast‑paced, luxury household.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and deep cleaning when the family is away.
• Inspect all areas throughout the day to maintain high presentation standards.
• Manage all laundry duties, ensuring careful washing and ironing of delicate and luxury fabrics.
• Care for antiques, silverware and wardrobe items, maintaining organization and condition.
• Provide guidance and training to temporary, part‑time and weekend housekeeping staff.
• Oversee and coordinate a small housekeeping team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in private households or a comparable setting.
• Highly trustworthy, discreet and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a wider household team.
• Flexible and adaptable to the family’s schedule and needs.
