Join Sandro’s vibrant retail team in Bicester as a full‑time Sales Assistant. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an emotional and memorable shopping experience to every customer.
Key responsibilities
- Sell with emotion and achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
- Provide a unique customer experience and expand the client database.
- Maintain the visual standards of the store by applying visual‑merchandising guidelines.
- Organise stock, conduct regular stock checks and ensure the shop environment is tidy.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and refine sales techniques through training.
- Share your passion for fashion with customers and colleagues.
