Fundraiser – Breast Cancer Now

About the role

Join Charity Link’s fundraising team supporting Breast Cancer Now, the UK’s leading breast cancer research and support charity. You will use your caring background to inspire the public to give regularly, helping fund life‑saving breakthroughs and vital care.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with members of the public at shopping centres, shows, garden centres and events.
• Communicate the impact of Breast Cancer Now’s work and encourage regular donations.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and donations.
• Collaborate with the fundraising team to meet targets and share best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in nursing, healthcare, social work, therapy, care work or volunteering.
• Strong empathy, communication and people‑skills.
• Ability to work full‑time or part‑time, including some weekends.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication.
• Ability to build rapport quickly.
