Fundraising Manager

About the role
The Fundraising Manager will lead the charity’s individual giving programme, turning audiences into regular supporters and driving sustainable income growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to design and launch multi‑channel campaigns that inspire donations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the individual giving strategy.
- Own and achieve income targets within the fundraising remit.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and execute campaigns across various channels.
- Innovate new fundraising propositions and campaigns to increase donations.
- Identify and source new opportunities and channels to convert one‑off donors into regular supporters.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the non‑profit sector.
- Background in marketing or fundraising within a charitable organisation.
- Experience managing marketing and fundraising campaigns.
- Solution‑oriented and creative mindset.
