About the role
The Individual Giving Officer will lead the charity’s strategy to convert audiences into regular supporters, driving sustainable income growth. Working closely with the marketing team, you will create and manage multi‑channel fundraising campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the individual giving strategy.
- Own and achieve income targets within the individual giving remit.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and launch campaigns across various channels.
- Innovate new fundraising propositions and campaigns to increase donations.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities and channels to attract donors.
Required profile
- Experience working in the non‑profit sector.
- Background in marketing or fundraising within a charitable organisation.
- Proven ability to manage marketing and fundraising campaigns.
- Solution‑oriented and creative mindset.
