Funds Lawyer – 10+ PQE – Oxfordshire

About the role

The firm is seeking an experienced Funds Lawyer to join its growing investment‑funds practice in Oxfordshire. You will advise a diverse client base on the creation, structuring and operation of a wide range of collective investment vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on the establishment and structuring of venture capital, real estate, private equity, REIT, RIF and pension funds.
• Manage end‑to‑end fund transactions, leading project teams and coordinating with clients such as banks, investment firms and fintech businesses.
• Prepare and review fund documentation, including offering memoranda, partnership agreements and regulatory filings.
• Support business development by drafting pitches, tender responses and client presentations.
• Contribute to practice management initiatives and mentor junior lawyers.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) with a strong focus on investment funds.
• Demonstrated expertise in real‑estate and venture‑capital fund structures.
• Proven track record of leading fund transactions and managing junior team members.
• Active involvement in business development and client relationship management.
