About the role
Sandwich Sandwich is seeking a General Manager to lead its London kitchen operations. The role involves overseeing daily food preparation, ensuring high standards of quality and safety, and driving exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and internal quality standards.
- Develop and implement processes that improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver consistent service excellence.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
