German-speaking Customer Service Advisor (Temporary) – Guildford

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a fast‑growing organisation in Guildford on a temporary basis. The role involves handling inbound contacts from German customers, providing accurate information and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails and chats from German‑language customers.
• Identify customer needs, resolve issues and provide clear, accurate information.
• Maintain detailed records of each interaction in the company’s systems.
• Represent the brand positively and uphold company values in every contact.

Required profile

• Excellent written German communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused mindset, willing to go beyond basic expectations.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Ability to work full‑time hours (9:00‑17:30) on‑site in Guildford.
