Global Director of Logistics & Fulfilment

About the role

Too Good To Go is seeking a Global Director of Logistics & Fulfilment to own and scale the end‑to‑end logistics engine behind its Parcels business. Reporting to the VP Operations, Parcels, you will join the Global Parcels Leadership Team and lead a worldwide organization of 15+ members across more than ten countries.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global fulfillment strategy that balances cost efficiency, service quality, and international growth.
• Build and manage a best‑in‑class fulfillment network, covering inbound warehousing, repack/kitting, inventory management, pick‑pack, carrier hand‑off, last‑mile delivery, and returns.
• Evaluate, select, negotiate and onboard 3PLs, fulfillment partners and data‑visibility providers, ensuring strong governance.
• Establish operational standards with partners, including facility design, process flows and repack specifications.
• Lead a cross‑functional team, creating structure in ambiguous environments, making trade‑offs and iterating quickly as the business scales.

• Proven experience leading large, multi‑country logistics or fulfillment operations.
• Strategic thinker with a highly operational mindset.
• Strong negotiation and partnership management skills.
• Ability to thrive in high‑growth, agile environments and to create structure from ambiguity.
