Global Events Keynote Lead

About the role

As the Global Events Keynote Lead you will own the end‑to‑end planning, development and delivery of keynote experiences for AVEVA’s flagship events, including AVEVA World, IGNITE and AVEVA Days. Working closely with executives, marketing, product teams and production partners, you will ensure a seamless, compelling audience experience across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and execution of keynote programmes for AVEVA World, IGNITE and AVEVA Days.
• Coordinate executive stakeholders, marketing, product and production partners to ensure seamless delivery.
• Source, contract and manage external speakers, talent and entertainment, handling logistics and rehearsals.
• Oversee production elements including presentations, demos, videos and stage design, managing run‑of‑show on site.
• Control budgets, vendor relationships and governance of timelines, risks and dependencies.

Required profile

• 7+ years experience managing large live‑event keynote programmes in an in‑house environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex content initiatives from planning through delivery and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management across marketing, communications, product and senior leadership.
• Excellent project‑management skills, preferably with a certification, and experience handling large budgets.
