Global Mobility Tax Manager (Remote, UK)

About the role

We are seeking a Global Mobility Tax Manager to join a leading international mobility advisory firm. The position is fully remote within the UK and offers the chance to work on complex cross‑border tax projects for multinational clients, while developing a long‑term career in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of global mobility tax clients, ranging from large multinationals to fast‑growing international businesses.
• Provide advisory support on cross‑border moves, tax residence, remote‑working arrangements, tax equalisation and commuter benefits.
• Lead client engagements, delivering high‑quality advisory and compliance work.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Review deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with UK and international teams on cross‑border projects.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving tax legislation and mobility trends.

Required profile

• ACA / ATT / CTA qualified (or equivalent experience).
• Strong UK personal tax or global mobility tax experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver advisory projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, ambitious and collaborative mindset.
