About the role
ETAP is looking for a Global Software Synergy Sales Manager to lead the commercial synergy programme with strategic partner AVEVA. Based in the UK and working remotely, you will drive joint sales initiatives across all geographies, aligning ETAP’s electrical digital‑twin portfolio with AVEVA’s software suite.
Key responsibilities
- Co‑create and execute the synergy strategy to meet global order targets for ETAP and AVEVA.
- Secure large synergy deals, transition key accounts to AVEVA Flex contracts, and coordinate platforming of synergy leads with regional teams.
- Organise regular synergy meetings, update the unified digital‑twin value proposition, and produce periodic performance reports.
- Collect market intelligence, perform gap analyses, and improve value propositions for both ETAP and AVEVA segments.
- Promote collaboration and up‑skill regional teams on the combined solution offering.
Required profile
- Results‑oriented with a proven track record in structuring and delivering complex sales outcomes.
- Strategic thinker comfortable working across multiple functions and cultures.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders at ETAP, AVEVA, and customer organisations.
- Experience in global sales, partner management, and business intelligence.
Required skills
- Knowledge of ETAP Design, ETAP RT, SEE Electrical, and Caneco.
- Familiarity with AVEVA UE, ADS, AIM, PI, and ADH solutions.
- Understanding of electrical digital‑twin concepts and platform integration.
