Global Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Rebel Rebel is seeking a hands‑on leader to own its end‑to‑end global supply chain. You will ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time while driving continuous improvement across purchasing, freight, inventory and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and production orders with manufacturing partners in China.
• Oversee international freight and coordinate stock transfers between four 3PL warehouses.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for ~800 SKUs across five beauty brands using the Unleashed ERP system.
• Lead a team of two Inventory Administrators and develop scalable processes.
• Forecast purchasing requirements with commercial and operations teams to support frequent product launches.
• Conduct reconciliations, cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly.
• Own inventory reporting and stock health across the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a global supply chain or logistics function.
• Comfortable building and improving processes in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a small inventory team.
• Analytical mindset, able to bring structure to complex operations.
• Willingness to leverage technology, including AI‑driven tools, to enhance efficiency.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Unleashed.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
• Knowledge of forecasting and demand‑planning techniques.
• Understanding of international freight and 3PL warehouse operations.
