Global Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Rebel Rebel is seeking a hands‑on Global Supply Chain Manager to own end‑to‑end supply chain operations across its international network. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead a small team, manage purchasing from Chinese manufacturers, and ensure stock is available in the right place at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global supply chain across four international 3PL warehouse locations.
• Manage purchasing and production orders with manufacturing partners in China.
• Forecast purchasing requirements with commercial and operations teams for five brands and ~800 SKUs.
• Allocate stock across warehouses to maximise product availability and execute international stock transfers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through reconciliations, cycle counts and robust controls.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Lead two Inventory Administrators and develop scalable processes for rapid growth.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a global supply chain or logistics environment.
• Comfort with building and improving processes in a fast‑growing business.
• Ability to bring structure to complex operations and challenge existing ways of working.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to use technology, including AI, to optimise performance.
