Google Workspace Trainer – Digital Adoption & End User Enablement

About the role

We are seeking a Google Workspace Trainer to lead a UK‑wide digital adoption programme, helping employees transition from Microsoft Office to Google Workspace. The role is based in Portsmouth and runs for an initial 6‑8 weeks, delivering two days of hands‑on training each week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver practical, hands‑on training sessions focused on Google Sheets, with additional support for Google Docs and Google Slides.
• Assist users in migrating Excel workbooks to Google Sheets, working directly on live business documents.
• Provide real‑time troubleshooting, 1:1 coaching and group workshops to build confidence and capability.
• Adapt training materials to suit varying digital skill levels and day‑to‑day workflows.
• Drive adoption of Google Workspace across back‑office teams and monitor progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Google Workspace training in an office environment.
• Strong background in Excel‑to‑Google Sheets conversion.
• Ability to conduct both individual and group training sessions.
• Patient, solution‑focused approach with excellent communication skills.
