Graduate Acoustic Consultant – Noise Control & Construction

About the role

We are seeking a recent graduate with a degree in Acoustics, Environmental Science or a related discipline to join our multidisciplinary consultancy in Colchester. You will work on a variety of construction and environmental projects, supporting senior consultants and gaining hands‑on experience across the full lifecycle of acoustic and vibration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with noise surveys, acoustic testing and environmental impact assessments.
• Prepare technical reports and contribute to acoustic modelling studies.
• Support acoustic assessments for residential, commercial, educational and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and attend client sites across the UK as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Acoustics, Environmental Acoustics, Physics, Engineering or a related field.
• Full UK driving licence and passport.
• Motivation to develop a career in acoustic consultancy.
