Graduate Architectural Technologist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Architectural Technologist to join our growing design and development team. This role offers a recent graduate the chance to gain hands‑on experience on commercial and industrial projects, supporting the delivery of self‑storage facilities across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate technical drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Revit.
• Assist in developing layout plans, elevations and construction details.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants to ensure design integration.
• Prepare planning applications and building regulation packages.
• Update designs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project teams on‑site during meetings and improvement works.

Required profile

• Degree or qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in commercial, industrial or warehouse projects.
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Desirable: placement or internship experience in design or construction and knowledge of UK Building Regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
