This Graduate Associate position sits within a high‑performing executive search team that serves global investment‑management firms across financial services, technology and data. You will start contributing on live projects from day one, engaging directly with senior professionals and gaining market insight.

Key responsibilities

• Research industries, companies and senior talent across global markets.
• Map talent and build comprehensive profiles of key players.
• Speak directly with senior professionals to develop long‑term relationships.
• Support live search assignments and deliver high‑quality client work.
• Learn how to influence senior‑level hiring decisions.

Required profile

• Graduating in 2026 (or recent graduate).
• Fluent or native in French, German, Spanish, Italian or Arabic.
• Strong academic record (typically a 2:1 or higher).
• Demonstrated grit, resilience and a strong work ethic.
• Confident communicator who builds relationships naturally.
• Curiosity about business, markets and leadership hiring.
• No prior recruitment experience required, but must show drive, maturity and quick learning ability.
