Graduate Associate – Tax

About the role

Interpath Advisory is seeking a Graduate Associate to join its Tax team in London as part of the 2026 graduate intake. The role offers hands‑on experience across a range of tax and advisory assignments for both UK and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide deal advisory support on M&A transactions.
• Advise on restructuring and refinancing deals.
• Assist with tax aspects of complex controversy cases.
• Support senior team members in business development and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive tax reviews for insolvent companies.
• Draft corporation tax returns for both solvent and insolvent entities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:1 degree with outstanding academic achievement.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to pursuing ATT (or ACA) and CTA qualifications.
• Alignment with a meritocratic and inclusive culture.
